Storylabor Guest teacher 2026: David Razowsky, 29th May - 31st May
After the success of his workshops in 2024, Storylabor is happy to havet one of the world’s most influential and radical improv teachers back in Zurich:
David Razowsky is the author of the groundbreaking best-seller, A Subversive’s Guide to Improvisation, Moving Beyond “Yes, And.”
From his ten revues at Chicago's Second City performing with the likes of Steve Carell, Stephen Colbert, Amy Sedaris, and Rachel Dratch, to the ten years spent as Artistic Director of The Second City Hollywood, to the countless worldwide workshops and performances he's engaged in, he has developed a simple and radical approach to improvising:
Your present awareness is the only thing you need to create compelling, smart, truthful, and surprising scenes. Period. No games, no preconceived premises, no ideas. All that matters is now.
